Our Coaching Principles – Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Our workplace strategy coaching is specific to each individual, but it’s always based on these guiding principles:

Our coaching team is UK wide but with an international flavour. We have native speakers of French, German, Italian and Cantonese bringing linguistic diversity and cultural depth to our practice. neurobox coaches draw on a range of approaches including NLP, transactional analysis and positive psychology providing a breadth of insight and perspective. Alongside this they draw on their lived experience of neurodivergence and varied professional backgrounds including marketing and communications, medical research, law, social work and media. This blend of personal and professional expertise enables us to connect meaningfully and tailor our support to each individual.

As an organisational member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council our coaches are required to sign up to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors encouraging principled, safe, and sustainable practice. The code includes a commitment to supervision which supports coaches’ development, self-awareness and wellbeing promoting a consistent, quality experience for our clients.

3. Holistic & Individualised

We’re passionate about supporting neurodivergence and we’re passionate about equipping you to be your best self at work, but we’re first and foremost committed to you as a person.

Each session is tailored to you. There’s no generic advice, no recycled frameworks. Just thoughtful, individualised support that meets you exactly where you are. This means we don’t just look at ADHD, we don’t just look at autism: we look at you as a whole person. Your strengths, your experiences, your motivations and your aspirations.

4. Practical & Grounded

Workplace strategy coaching with neurobox is rooted in practicality. We’ll help you build habits, make decisions, and take steps that feel both achievable and meaningful. Whether it’s navigating a difficult conversation, setting boundaries, or designing a new routine, by the end of your coaching sessions, you’ll have a range of strategies for approaching situations with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

neurobox doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We believe in tailored, individualised support for you.
