neurohub – our new case management system

Since launching in May 2024, over 4,800 employees have used the neurohub and we’re now launching phase 2 for organisations!

neurohub is our free-to-use case management system that allows customers to track their workplace adjustment journey. Employees can view all the items we supplied, including assistive technology, training, coaching and awareness sessions. They are also able to retrieve dates of previous training & coaching sessions and view all upcoming appointments.

As it’s web-based it can also be accessed from any device with an internet connection

This year, we’re launching it for organisations too! neurohub will simplify managing adjustments at scale, helping HR and ED&I teams foster inclusivity, save time, and achieve meaningful change. With features like centralised management, instant reporting, and enterprise-grade security, neurohub puts your people at the heart of workplace adjustments.

Why did we create neurohub?

Creating efficiencies in our business processes was one of our motivations for building neurohub. As we continued to grow it was imperative that our orders, customer information and data were centralised in one place. In the short time neurohub has been live it has already increased team collaboration and improved order processing time.

Creating a custom-built system also meant we were able to tailor it precisely to our business model to serve our customers to the best of our ability.

We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer journey and neurohub does exactly that. End-users are given a secure log in to access all of their bookings and orders from one place. Automated reminders ensure sessions aren’t missed and reporting helps line managers track progress.

Growth Works Funding

We were fortunate enough to secure funding from Growth Works (Cambridge and Peterborough authority) to fund part of the build. This enabled us to kick start the project and start working on what is now known as neurohub!

The project has been a labour of love, an incredibly important stepping stone to facilitate future growth to new and existing customers.

As we continue to scale and grow we’re excited to see the long term benefits and improvements neurohub provides in the coming months.

What’s next for neurohub?

Built to empower employees with a seamless way to track their workplace adjustment journey, neurohub is now expanding to support organisations too.

Ultimately neurohub will be a case management system for all our clients and end users. Making it easy to track orders, manage bookings and get in touch with neurobox. As we begin collating all of our data in one place and collecting feedback through tailored surveys, we will be able to directly measure the impact of our services.

We will then use this information to continue adapting and build our offering based on real life results.
