Why did we create neurohub?
Creating efficiencies in our business processes was one of our motivations for building neurohub. As we continued to grow it was imperative that our orders, customer information and data were centralised in one place. In the short time neurohub has been live it has already increased team collaboration and improved order processing time.
Creating a custom-built system also meant we were able to tailor it precisely to our business model to serve our customers to the best of our ability.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer journey and neurohub does exactly that. End-users are given a secure log in to access all of their bookings and orders from one place. Automated reminders ensure sessions aren’t missed and reporting helps line managers track progress.
