neurobox Disability Impact Training

A perfect starting point for newly diagnosed individuals, our disability impact training will help you navigate the world of neurodiversity and/or disabilities. Explore the impact of your neurodifference or disability in the workplace and collaborate on an action plan.

What is Disability Impact Training?

Disability Impact Training is a one-to-one session with one of our coaches. These sessions allow for those who are newly diagnosed to gain insight into their disability or neurodivergent trait, and the impact this can have in the workplace.

The session involves one of our coaches collaborating with the client to identify potential challenges, explore the strengths and challenges of their newly diagnosed neurodifference and/or disability, and then develop an action plan enabling the client to self-manage in the workplace.

This service is suitable for all, as the focus is primarily on the new diagnosis and its impact; we can provide support to employees, line managers, and leaders.

Why Is Disability Impact Training Important?

We believe in supporting clients at every stage of their journey, no matter their starting point. We understand that being newly diagnosed doesn’t always bring clarity; it can sometimes cause further confusion, making it difficult to navigate certain parts of day-to-day life, such as work.

Our Disability Impact Training offers a starting point for anyone beginning their neurodiversity or disability journey.

Our coaches provide clear, practical information and helpful tools to build confidence, enhance understanding, and empower individuals to move forward and excel in their own way.
