neurobox Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching
neurobox’s Co-Coaching service brings employees and their line managers together in a structured, supportive environment, guided by one of our specialist coaches. Designed to foster genuine understanding of neurodiversity and disability in the workplace, these tailored sessions help both parties develop clearer communication, stronger working relationships and practical strategies that work for everyone involved.
What is Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching?
Workplace Co-Coaching is a holistic and individualised coaching service that’s been designed to help both employee and manager understand how they can better work together, as well as navigate and improve existing working relationships.
Guided by one of our neurobox coaches, these sessions provide a safe, structured space for both the employee and manager to explore the employee’s neurodiversity or disability, the impact it may have in the workplace, and the adjustments that can be implemented.
Co-Coaching also fosters a shared understanding by discussing strengths, challenges and working preferences. The sessions bring both perspectives into the conversation – enhancing clarity, confidence, and creating a clear route forward for everyone involved.
Our Co-Coaching Process
All Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching sessions are holistic and individualised, specifically to the employee and their manager.
Step 1 - Starting The Conversation
You begin by contacting our sales team regarding Co-Coaching. Our team will talk you through what Co-Coaching involves, and then together you’ll discuss goals and the areas of focus – for example, the specific neurodiversity or disability you would like to explore.
Step 2 - Coach Matching
Our team will introduce you to one of our coaches who they believe may be a strong fit for you, taking into account factors such as your neurodiversity or disability and your goals. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the coach via an introductory call.
Step 3 - Co-Coaching Sessions
Once matched, your Co-Coaching sessions will begin with you, your manager and your neurobox coach. These sessions typically take place weekly or bi-weekly, though frequency can be tailored to your needs. Coaching continues until you’ve completed your agreed number of sessions.
