neurobox Workplace Strategy Coaching
Our bespoke one to one Workplace Strategy Coaching service helps guide individuals to find their way of working using a holistic approach.
Our one-on-one coaching sessions are a unique and specialised type of coaching between an employee and coach, that focuses on the individual’s neurodifference or disability.
What is Workplace Strategy Coaching?
Every neurodivergent individual has a unique profile and therefore a unique journey and set of supports, our coaching revolves around the employee’s specific needs as is led through dialogue and partnership. Our coaches will look to review the employee’s job role and overall well-being, while identifying goals, understanding challenges and discovering what genuinely works for them.
We aim to end each coaching journey with our client feeling equipped – with practical tools and strategies to support them in real workplace situations– this may include exploring topics such as time management, self-advocacy, stress management and developing confidence.
Workplace Strategy Coaching Process
At neurobox we try to keep the process as simple as possible, to make it as accessible as possible for all:
Step 1 - Get in touch
The first step in starting the coaching journey is a call or email to our team. They’ll then be able to provide guidance and recommendations on the durations and number of sessions.
Step 2 - Discovery Call
Once a payment or purchase order has been received, our team will arrange a discovery call between the coach and employee. We’ll always try to coach match where possible.
Coach Matching:
Our neurobox coaching team make every effort to match our clients with the most suitable coach.
Step 3 - Coaching
Our coach will then begin arranging coaching sessions with the employee. These sessions are an ongoing process, visiting topics such as workplace challenges, the employee’s job role and their strengths. The coach will provide guidance in the form of tailored tools and strategies that the employee can use to thrive in the workplace.
