What is neurobox Coaching?
neurobox Coaching services provide personalised, practical guidance for neurodivergent and disabled employees, managers and leaders, supporting them to navigate the workplace in a way that works for them.
Through structured conversations and tailored strategies, our coaching helps individuals identify and articulate their needs, strengthen self-advocacy and develop practical approaches to managing work demands. The result is improved confidence, engagement and wellbeing for individuals, alongside more inclusive ways of working across teams and organisations.
The process is an ongoing collaboration between the coach and employee, which focuses on supporting them to realise their full potential; this often involves a significant amount of deep exploration and discussion between both parties.

Workplace Strategy Coaching
One-to-one coaching, guiding individuals to find their best way of working. neurobox Workplace Strategy Coaching focuses on identifying strengths and challenges and developing practical strategies to support these.

Workplace Strategy Co-Coaching
A joint coaching session with the employee and their manager, enabling them to explore the employee’s neurodiversity together, in safe spae. Co-Coaching provides a practical way to create a shared understanding and a clear route forward.

Coaching for Managers
Coaching for Managers supports managers effectively support their neurodivergent employees and teams. In sessions Managers will explore the implementation of adjustments, as well as managing and handling challenging situations.

Disability Impact Training
One-to-one coaching-styled session, designed for those who are newly diagnosed or have recently identified as neurodivergent or disabled.
