neurobox Disability Awareness Training
neurobox’s Disability Awareness Training is designed for employees at all levels, helping teams build a deeper understanding of disability in the workplace and create a more inclusive environment for everyone.
What is Disability Awareness Training?
Our Disability Awareness Training is a group session created to support employees in building a deeper understanding of the needs of their colleagues with disabilities. We cover a wide variety of disabilities depending on your organisation’s requirements – including visual impairments, hearing impairments, invisible disabilities, and long-term health conditions – exploring how these can impact those in the workplace.
The objective of this training is to reduce stigma around disability in the workplace and encourage more inclusive workplaces. Our sessions involve interactive discussions, lived-experience insights, and hypothetical examples highlighting how small changes in communication and workplace culture can make a difference.
While the workshop is primarily aimed at staff members, it can also be useful for HR professionals, and others responsible for well-being in the workplace.
