Menopausal people are the fastest growing demographic within our workforce. Menopause is an intersectional issue, we know there are overlapping considerations within our Neuordivergent Community and our LGBTQIA+ Community. In honour of Menopause Awareness Month, Katie Allen guided us through the language surrounding menopause and in particular the LGBTQIA+ community. Here are a few key topics Katie touched upon:
