Workplace Strategy Coaching helps our Access to Work clients identify and apply tailored strategies to address their unique challenges, leverage their strengths, and navigate their specific work environment. These strategies are designed to enhance existing reasonable adjustments that are in place.

These coaching sessions may cover areas such as communication, presentations, time management, organisation, project planning, self-advocacy, effective reading and writing techniques, stress management, and confidence building.

What is Workplace Strategy Coaching?

Our Workplace Strategy Coaching is a specialised one-to-one coaching for neurodiverse employees. Our tailored Workplace Strategy Coaching equips employees with the strategies needed to overcome barriers in the workplace and develop skills to support them reach their full potential.

This is a 1-hour coaching session for those with Access-to-Work funding – We also offer a 2-hour coaching sessions.

Our coaches take a holistic approach to help you identify goals and then achieve them. We make every effort to match you with the coach best suited to your situation and preferences. Many of our coaches have also lived experience of neurodivergence.

How is Workplace Strategy Coaching Delivered?

Our Workplace Strategy Coaching purchased through our website is delivered remotely via Teams. If you or your colleague requires coaching in-person, please contact the team on atw@neurobox.co.uk and they will be able to raise a quotation on request.

We offer FREE delivery on all our products, and we will always reuse packaging where we can.

All of our products are shipped using the following methods depending on suitability:

  1. DPD 
  2. Royal Mail (signed for or first class)

Softwares licenses will be sent via email within 48 hours.

Our returns policy is easy to follow and designed with our customers in mind.

Software:

Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.

Hardware:

You can return your items up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
