What is a Workplace Adjustment?

Workplace adjustments are a series of recommended changes for employees. They can take various forms, such as assistive technology packages, coaching, changes to company policy and much more.

How are remote sessions delivered?

Remote sessions are normally delivered via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Your trainer will agree on your preferred platform beforehand and will send you a link once the appointment is confirmed.

Why is training and coaching offered remotely?

It allows for greater flexibility, convenience and shorter waiting times, as we’re able to allocate you any of our UK based trainers/coaches – You do not require specialist skills to access remote sessions, but if assistance is required our trainer or coach will guide you through the process.

Does neurobox offer Coping Strategy Training?

Yes, we do offer coping strategy training, however it is referred to as Workplace Strategy Coaching under our services.
