Assistive Technology Training
We provide a remote or face-to-face training programme that’s tailored to your specific learning style, job role, and challenges. This means you can access the benefits of the technology and effectively apply them to your job role.
Our training is delivered by our accredited software trainers, all of whom have extensive detailed knowledge of Access to Work software and equipment, including text-to-speech, speech-to-text, all-in-one literacy support software, mind-mapping, notetaking, etc.
This training is for visual impairment assistive technology, such as:
- OrCam Range
- Dolphin Software
- ZoomText Software
- JAWS Software
We offer FREE delivery on all our products, and we will always reuse packaging where we can.
All of our products are shipped using the following methods depending on suitability:
- DPD
- Royal Mail (signed for or first class)
Softwares licenses will be sent via email within 48 hours.
Our returns policy is easy to follow and designed with our customers in mind.
Software:
Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.
Hardware:
You can return your items up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
