Medincle+ is our standard Medincle software alongside a specially developed add-on package to augment Dragon dictation software, allowing it to utilise medical terminology.
Individual ‘lifetime’ licence to the Medincle Plus software. Once purchase is complete you will receive an email containing a link to download and install the software. With each licence you will receive one years free tech support and updates, with additional support available for a small additional fee.
Please note: We do not recommend Medincle Plus for Dragon users with many User Profiles; there is often a significant delay associated with changing user while the Medincle vocabulary loads.
We offer FREE delivery on all our products, and we will always reuse packaging where we can.
All of our products are shipped using the following methods depending on suitability:
- DPD
- Royal Mail (signed for or first class)
Softwares licenses will be sent via email within 48 hours.
Our returns policy is easy to follow and designed with our customers in mind.
Software:
Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.
Hardware:
You can return your items up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at hello@neurobox.co.uk, including order number and reason for return. We will get back to you with return instructions.
