Elizabeth was an engaging speaker. I appreciated her authenticity as someone who identifies with some of her intersectionality and gained a new perspective on areas of intersectionality that I do not share. I’m also grateful for the tips that Elizabeth shared and for her thoughtful answers to big questions about making workplaces more inclusive!
In just one hour, Elizabeth covered a range of topics but in a good level of depth. It felt accessible and easy to digest. I have certainly learned more from a wider systemic level and also on an individual level- both perspectives that should always be considered but not always prioritised.
