Our Neurodiversity Awareness Training is great for increasing awareness of the needs of colleagues with neurodifferences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD and Autism.

Disability Impact training

Our Disability Impact Training provides the opportunity if you have been newly diagnosed to explore the impact of a disability or neurodivergent trait from a workplace perspective and then develop an action plan.

Workplace Strategy Coaching

Our Workplace Strategy Coaching is a bespoke one-to-one service designed to equip you with the strategies to enable you to overcome barriers in the workplace and develop your skills.

Co-coaching

Our Co-Coaching provide an opportunity for you and your manager to discuss areas of strength and challenge together, improving understanding, collaboration and communication.

Access to Work Reccomendations

Once a Workplace Needs Assessment has been completed, you/your employee will receive an Access to Work report, containing a list of recommendations and suppliers.
