Yes, you can have as many user accounts as you need. Each user account can have custom permission and data access rules, giving you full control over who can see what.
Yes, when we set you up on the platform, any of your order and adjustment data from May 2024 onwards will be visible on your system.
Yes, the neurohub is ISO/IEC 27001 certified (certificate number UK014909), with the servers being hosted in the UK, via Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Our platform is also subject to penetration testing via an external CREST-accredited provider at least once a year.
We use a wide range of security measures across the platform, such as data encryption at rest and in transit, multiple layers of network protection, and automated security testing and monitoring. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available on all user accounts.
